Passi City is the only component city in Iloilo Province. What do you think is the most qualified municipality to become the next component city considering the requiremtns such as population, income and land area (and infrastructures)?

maliliit kasi ang mga municipalities sa iloilo area-wise.. Iloilo City itself was merged from six municipalities para lang maging city...
