Prof. John Barrios, Director of Sentro ng Wikang Filipino (SWF) invites the members of Verseculo Senti UP Poet Society and all interested high school or college students to join in a poetry workshop to be held on Oct.1, 2008 at SWF Conference Room in UPV College of Management, Iloilo City. This one day poetry workshop will greatly help the participants to have a deeper understanding and appreciation of poetry and improve their skills and talents in poetry writing. This workshop is open to all, not only to UP students but also to students from other schools. Free snacks and lunch will be provided by the Center.
