yup. individual person, past and present. butang niyo lang kung ano nga year para mabal-an ta.

ahh.. para sakon ya ang founder sang UPV greenthumbs. Tim Guanzon, BS Economics, 2002-2006.
siya napilian ko kay 2nd year pa lang siya nakapatukod siya sang isa ka org nga mayu gid ang goal. naging governor man siya sang redbolts. all around katama. wala lang siya ga excel academically (she graduated cum laude), very active gid siya sa extra curricular activities.

she has what it takes to be a leader. naging house council president siya sang hall1. kadamo sang activities ang iya gin umpisahan. (kuya germs, diba sa batch niya nagstart ang bachelor's night?) basta damo pa.. hehe. manumdom ko danay dugang ko lang galing diri ulit.

pahabol: kung gusto niyo butang ngalan niyo as the best student leader, pagusto kamo.. hehe.  okay

best student leader? -> ex ko.  smile
after his term as UP  student regent he did not stop serving the UP people. Hindi din xa limited sa UP lang and also with the other schools and Universities. Kahit wala na siya sa position of any SCs he's still working on amendments of UP Charter.

Jay2, I agree gid ya na si TIM Guanzon is the Best Student Leader in our time. Grabe gid sya ya.
Although nagkairingan kami sang Sportsfest 2005, wala japon nadula friendship namon. Kumbaga, trabaho lang walang personalan.
Saludo gid ko kay TIM Guanzon!

Sa UP System, damu man sila like ang namention ni Lia, tapos si Ken Ramos pa gid from UP Manila (UPIS Valedictorian, Oblation Scholar, INTARMED Student and most of all STUDENT REGENT pa!). Si SHAN (na Muslim) from UP Diliman, imagine Magna Cum Laude while the Chairperson of KASAMA sa UP, tapos sya pa ang Chairperson sang UPD USC while taking Master's Degree.

Yun lang...

Basta student leader ang usapan, c Ate Natalie Vasquez agad ang pumapasok sa isip ko... I don't know if may ka batch ako dito, she was already a senior when I was in First year... More than her achievements, she has the ability to reach out to all types of people.. nwitness ko gd ni sng freshie pko... una dw intimidating xa... pero she is very nice gd... and ma fascinate ka gd sa iya personality..  yes

I also agree that Tim Guanzon is one of the best student leaders of UPV... very responsible.. friendly... trustworthy.. dmo pko positive adjectives for her not only on her leadership but her personality...  okay cool

Emma Ballad of our time...naging finalist for TOSP Region VI...but didnt make it for national level...

Emma led SC to have permanent office in Pidlaoan, made several steps to revive college paper in 2002 from inactivity, initiated more student activities for Fisheries Week including FishTa, and FishNight, leadership initiated SC to have Official Seal with permanent and official colors, yellow and blue, supported initiatives for more transparent management of funds...

Emma - attitude, personality, priorities, knowledge, skills, etc....thumbs up..

Impressive. Seems like we never got to see FishTa, whatever that was. I was told Emma Ballad was one of the few, if not the only, CFOS-SC Chairperson to have received an award of recognition from the College.
