"attractive" means that it should appeal to the public or audience. You're right na dapat relevant sya and affects a lot of people. That is exactly my point. I agree that news should be presented as it is. But are we sure that what they presented is not what it is?

Newscasting, I think, is like story-telling. A newscaster must be able to relay or give the story effectively.

yay grace me piont ka, okay ehe, change ta ang topic into sinong nagsasabi ng totoo to make it more interesting...
wala gd sa hinagap ko nga makaya ubrahon na sang GMA, coz i think kung sa pamasa effect lang super daug na sila ang iban nila mga programs or most of it are for the masa but ang kailinit lang is they make their programs too simple or too shallow to the extent na ang mga audiences di na kailangan manumdum, thus making the masa dumb...
anyway, mangkot ko tani kung me ara kmu news about GMA investigating about the "suhol" issue sa bacolod? i would like to read it if me ara, kay daw la pa ko kabati nga naginvestigate sila sa bacolod kag daw ngdretso lang sila deny kag pakaso sa ABS libel... suspicious

Have you tried TV5 guys? Kahit papaano may laban na ang network ni Cojuanco sa Big 2 na 'to. I like the anime shows on primetime, one good alternative from the nightly dramas. I also like TEN (The Evening News) from TV5, they present the shows in a countdown form and sometimes with some slight humor.

What I like about the ABS-CBN TV Patrol now is how they bring the action in the news by sometimes reenacting the whole situation. I don't know if you notice it from the field reporters but it is nice touch to what they do. Feels like CNN to me now. What annoys me, is how they currently say their name at the end of every report. It's clear yet they just enunciate their name too slow. ashamed

anchors' faces should always look impassable, so as not be bias towards the news.

I don't know if it was last week or two weeks ago that both networks are boasting surveys and profits... ano kayang nangyari at nagpapatalbugan na naman sila?

Semestral report yun kuya. June na kasi and most of the time advertisers need these para sa adjustments of their block time rates. Isa pa, timely input for politicians too who want to do their tv ads for the incoming elections.

Anyway kung wala man yun last year, it might because to inform the politicians about their audience share para makarami na sila ng political ads.

naresolve na yata ang issue na ito.. i think ABS unsubscribed from AGB.. TNS na yata ang source ng TV ratings nila ngayon.. wider scope dahil nakakakuha ng overnight ratings nationwide... Wink
